Based in the UK from 1997 until 2004, Russell Meek now operates from a 180sqm studio in Eden Terrace, Auckland, New Zealand. He has commercially photographed in Europe, the Caribbean and South Africa, alongside personal assignments throughout the Middle East and Central America.

From his drive-in studio he creates rich and moody imagery, specialising in studio sets, commercial portraiture and creative product imagery. On location, Russell’s eye for natural light and beauty combines with his ability to explore panoramic perspectives, inspiring a unique creative style.
